Product description:
Stainless steel bars are a general term for round steel, square steel, flat steel, hexagonal steel, and octagonal steel. They can be divided into pressure processing steel and cutting processing steel according to their processing methods, and can be classified into five types based on their structural characteristics: austenitic ferrite, ferritic, martensitic, and precipitation hardening. Its main characteristics are corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and high density.
The production process of stainless steel bars mainly includes steps such as billet acceptance, heating, rolling, double cutting, cooling, cutting, inspection, packaging, measurement, and warehousing. Modern stainless steel bar production lines often adopt new processes such as step heating furnaces, high-pressure water descaling, low-temperature rolling, and headless rolling to improve product quality and production efficiency.
